In order to survive, experienced prisoners in the Nazi concentration camps learned to do many things that other categories of prisoners could not do. For example, the experienced prisoners avoided some kind of persons called “minstrels” who was a facilitator of death. In the movie Shawshank Redemption, the character of such a minstrel is worked out almost perfectly.
